 21-year-old David Miner
 18-year-old Ian Copland
We don’t like what they allegedly did…but at least they sport WSU shirts at the time of arrest!
Some more info on the case From KXLY:
Twenty-one-year-old David Miner and 18-year-old Ian Copland have been charged with five counts of First Degree Arson and four counts of Reckless Burning. Police say they didn't seem to have much of a motive for starting the fires, but noted that they appeared to be intoxicated.
From Dnews.com:
Whitman County Prosecuting Attorney Denis Tracy said the men were released on their own recognizance by Superior Court Judge David Frazier. They are subject to requirements that they not leave the state and posses no firearms or alcohol.
The men were not in court for their arraignment, as previously reported. Tracy said the arraignment — during which time the men will give their pleas — is scheduled for Friday at 10 a.m. if he can agree on formal charges.
