Looking for one person to sublet one room in a 4 bed 1 1/2 bath house. Close to WSU campus, WSU Recreation Center, Martin Stadium and Beasley Coliseum (5 to 10 minutes walk tops). Large kitchen and living room with a fireplace. Front and backyard, washer, dryer, brand new dishwasher (August), basement for storage, wood floor in room. Plenty of on street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Has cable t.v. and wireless internet. Water, sewer, garbage and recycling paid for in rent. Only utilities are cable, internet and heat. Two friendly kitties, with three female and one male roomates (couple). The couple lives downstairs in a converted garage the other two females live upstairs.
